WHAT IS A CO-SPACE?

Short for Community Space, this is a fantastic facility geared towards small business owners, entrepreneurs, students, or really anyone who needs to gain a slice of office space without the hassle and cost of renting/buying your own offices.
Also, the benefits go beyond what you may initially expect. Although we are from different businesses and backgrounds, we all have much knowledge to contribute and lessons to learn from each other’s experiences! Our space encourages collaborations, sharing of resources, networking and friendships.
 

IS THIS SHORT TERM, OR LONG TERM HIRE?

Either! We are a very flexible option and can cater to weekly, monthly or long-term desk hire. Plus the longer you commit to, the more you save!
Our Meeting Rooms have seating from 1 to 12 people and are available to hire from 30 minutes to a whole day.

i’m WORRIED ABOUT NOISE LEVELS OF A COMMUNAL SPACE, ARE THERE QUIET PLACES?

You need not worry! Our community is respectful and hardworking, so apart from the odd phone call, conversation, or quick ping pong match the space is filled with soft back background music. We have adapted our space to include private phone booths and meeting rooms so that longer/louder conversations are held away from the desk areas.

what about my business mail?

With your desk hire, use our mailing address to receive your business mail right to your desk!

I just need A PROFESSIONAL STREET ADDRESS FOR MY BUSINESS, without a desk as well?

We have virtual office facilities! Use our street address as your own for your mailing address, we sort, forward or store your mail for collection.

what if i change my mind?

We have flexible packages available, starting from a weekly commitment, so if you’re unsure start small and add weeks to it from there!
 

are there discounts for long-term contracts?

To reward your hard work long-term, a 6 month contract commitment receives a 10% discount off the total cost. A 12 month contract receives a 15% discount.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Our pricing is dependent on the duration of hire, please reach out to info@new-wave.com.au with information about your business and wishes so we can personalize an offer to suit!

WHAT IF I GET HUNGRY?!

We have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink and bench so you can BYO lunch, or there are multiple cafes and restaurants just a walk or short drive away! Tea and coffee are complimentary, and on a lucky day one of the team may bring in snacks to share!
